
Financial Operations Coordinator

The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to the finance team in a dynamic environment, ensuring seamless execution of financial processes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Purchase Invoice Processing: Responsible for processing purchase invoices and supplier reconciliations with high accuracy.
- Vehicle Fleet Administration: Assist with company vehicle fleet administration, including maintenance and repair coordination.
- Employee Expense Management: Process monthly employee expenses and ensure timely reimbursement.
- Project Certification Tracking: Assist with project certification tracking and invoicing, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Debtor Account Reconciliation: Reconcile debtor accounts and support timely cash collection, maintaining positive relationships with clients.
- New Supplier Setup: Assist with new supplier and subcontractor account setups, payments, and queries, ensuring smooth vendor relationships.
- General Support: Provide general support across Finance, Purchasing, and QS teams, helping to drive business success.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years' experience in a finance or administrative role, with a strong background in financial operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software, including cloud-based solutions.
- Experience with purchase orders and invoice processing, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Able to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines, with a flexible approach to adapt to changing priorities.
- Problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset, able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
