About the Role">">At Etex, we are seeking a proactive and organized individual to support the successful delivery of projects on site. As Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring safety, efficiency, and collaboration across all site operations while maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

This role is ideal for someone who has proven experience in a similar site-based position and holds a valid CSCS card.

You will be expected to ensure correct PPE and equipment are available, used properly, and fit for purpose, maintain a safe working environment, and enforce safe practices at all times.

Additionally, you will support the Contracts Manager with site planning, resource levels, and programme scheduling, coordinate crane usage, access, and positioning with the client, and keep method statements up to date and available on site.

You will also conduct site inductions and regular toolbox talks, manage site documentation including labour and equipment registers, site diaries, and delivery notes, liaise with subcontractors to ensure adequate resources are in place, and coordinate daily operations with clients and other trades.

Your key responsibilities will include supporting snagging, variations, and efficient issue resolution, working closely with Design and Production teams on detail and delivery, reporting and following up on site issues, errors, and rectifications, attending site meetings, recording actions, and sharing updates with relevant teams, and mentoring and supporting Assistant Site Technicians.

We are looking for someone who possesses strong business awareness and commercial understanding, high attention to detail and accuracy, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and time-management abilities, and working knowledge of financial processes related to site operations.
