Construction Project Manager Role

This senior-level position is responsible for overseeing daily construction operations to ensure alignment with project specifications, plans, and timelines.

The ideal candidate will work closely with subcontractors, laborers, and other site personnel to manage work schedules and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Requirements:

  • Conduct site surveys using setting out equipment to ensure precise alignment and measurements.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure that construction activities meet safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a relevant field.
  • A positive attitude and ability to work independently are essential.
  • Proficient in surveying and setting out techniques, knowledge of CAD, project management software, and MS Office suite.
  • Valid Safe Pass, Manual Handling, and other necessary site safety certifications.
