Job Title: Site Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Site Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of large-scale substation and ESBN framework projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign work on ESBN systems to Approved Persons as Principal Inspector of Works (PIW).
  • Prepare and issue work packs, oversee pre-mobilisation activities, and plan/coordinated works sequencing and outage requirements.
  • Liaise with Stations PICWs for efficient telemessing operations, ensure compliance with SHEQ procedures and policies, and manage multiple civil and electrical crews across sites.
  • Oversee quality, environmental, and safety performance on-site, maintain project documentation, safety files, and variation records (CVIs), and handle additional works such as faults or scope changes.
  • Conduct regular quality and health & safety audits.

Requirements:
  • Qualified electrician with supervisory experience on 33kV+ live substations.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English (TOEFL, IELTS, CAE, CPE, or equivalent).

Training Provided:
  • ESB induction.
  • PIW certification.
  • SafePass.
