Residential Site Engineer Job

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Residential Site Engineer to join our dynamic construction team in Cork.

About the Role

This is a full-time position responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of residential developments, ensuring quality, health & safety compliance, and timely delivery in line with project specifications.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent communication skills, as they will work closely with the site team, subcontractors, planners, and quantity surveyors to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set out and survey the site to ensure all works are done accurately and to spec.
  • Keep an eye on design documents and flag any changes or issues early.
  • Work closely with the site team, subcontractors, planners, and quantity surveyors to keep things running smoothly.
  • Look after the technical side of the project and help solve any on-site engineering problems.
  • Help pull together reports and updates, making sure info is clear and deadlines are met.
  • Support the team in keeping health and safety standards high across the site.
