Senior Project Site Coordinator

This position entails overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise all on-site activities and enforce adherence to health & safety protocols.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Monitor progress against project timelines and report to senior management.
- Guarantee quality control and snag-free delivery.
- Maintain accurate site records and documentation.
The ideal candidate will lead effective site meetings and communicate successfully with stakeholders. Requirements include prior experience as a Site Manager on large-scale residential or mixed-use developments, in-depth knowledge of RC frame construction and precast systems, exceptional leadership, communication, and organisational skills, and ability to manage multiple trades and tight deadlines.
