Solar Project Coordinator

Job Description:
Solar Project CoordinatorWe are seeking an experienced and organized coordinator to lead the on-site delivery of solar PV installations, ranging from commercial rooftop systems to large-scale utility ground-mount projects.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations, acting as the on-the-ground point of contact, and guaranteeing quality, safety, and timely completion of projects.
This is a multi-site role that requires daily coordination with subcontractors, suppliers, and the Project Manager, necessitating strong communication skills and a hands-on approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating subcontractor teams on-site
- Managing site logistics, deliveries, and plant hire
- Ensuring health and safety compliance
- Providing regular updates and reports to the Project Manager
- Supporting the preparation of relevant site documentation
- Maintaining quality standards throughout the build
- Setting up and decommissioning project sites
Requirements:
- At least 3 years' experience in site or construction management
- Confident communicator with strong organizational skills
- Comfortable leading teams and managing multiple moving parts on-site
