Electrical Project Manager Opportunity

Your new challenge awaits in the renewable energy sector as we seek a seasoned Electrical Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a large-scale solar project.

This role is ideal for an individual with a strong background in electrical site management, particularly within the utility-scale solar or renewable energy sectors.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all on-site electrical activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards
  • Coordinate subcontractors and site teams to ensure timely and efficient execution of works
  • Monitor progress, quality, and health & safety performance across the site
  • Liaise with project managers, engineers, and client representatives to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution
  • Maintain accurate site records, including daily reports, inspections, and handover documentation

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Electrical Site Manager on utility-scale solar or similar electrical infrastructure projects
  • Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g., trade certs, degree, or equivalent)
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, drawings, and commissioning processes
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Valid Safe Pass and other relevant site certifications
