Electrical Engineering Leadership Role

About the Position
  • This senior electrical engineering leadership role focuses on delivering high-quality projects within set timelines and budgets.
  • As a Lead Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for leading a small team of engineers, mentoring junior staff members, and fostering a culture of professional growth and development.
Main Responsibilities
  1. Project Management: Oversee all aspects of project design, collaborate with project managers to define project scope, budget, and resource allocation.
  2. Planning & Scheduling: Develop 12-16 week forecasts, create construction schedules, and manage resource allocation for multiple projects.
  3. Quality Assurance: Ensure all work meets company quality standards through rigorous design and production processes.
  4. Client Interaction: Build strong client relationships through regular communication and high-quality project delivery.
  5. Technical Expertise: Conduct research on design options, write electrical design scopes, prepare engineering studies, and create detailed schematic designs.
  6. Compliance & Coordination: Verify designs meet local codes and standards, estimate project costs, review contractor applications, and coordinate documentation.
