Job Overview

This is a key role within our project development team, responsible for leading a crew of direct and subcontract labour.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Site Foreman and Project Manager to deliver high-quality projects.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills and be able to motivate their team to achieve results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a crew of direct and subcontract labour.
  • Support the Foreman/Site Supervisor with daily site management tasks.
  • Ensure scope of work is delivered.
  • Ensure all additional requests outside the scope are captured and communicated to the project Quantity Surveyor (QS) team.
  • Ensure no breaches of Health and Safety protocols.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Minimum Level 6 of the QQI Certificate in Electrical Craft Practice or equivalent.
  • Have completed the Electrical Verification & Certification course with a Qualified Certifier (QC) number would be advantageous.
  • LOTO Experience.
