About the Role

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Social Care Workers in Co.Limerick. As a Social Care Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of service users by providing care and support based on their individual needs and preferences.

This role involves assisting with daily living tasks such as feeding, washing, and dressing, as well as encouraging and supporting service users to engage in their preferred activities. You will work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team and family members to ensure the highest level of care is provided.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess empathy and compassion towards others, as well as excellent communication skills. A minimum of a Level 7 or 8 degree in Social Care and at least 3 months' experience in social care are required. CORU registration is also necessary. A full driving license and access to your own car are desirable, but not essential.

Responsibilities
