Job Title: M&E Coordinator Waterford.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced M&E (Mechanical and Electrical) Coordinator to join our team in Waterford. As an M&E Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring that our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

You will be responsible for coordinating with design teams, managing subcontractor activities, and overseeing the integration of mechanical and electrical services across our projects. Your excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure will make you an ideal candidate for this role.

To succeed in this position, you will need to have a strong background in building services, mechanical, electrical, or construction engineering, with at least 3 years of experience in the field. You should also have experience working on commercial, pharmaceutical, education, and other types of projects.

In addition to your technical skills and experience, you will need to possess strong oral and written communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a collaborative approach to problem-solving.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with design teams to ensure compliance with company standards and program.
  • Managing subcontractor activities to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Overseeing the integration of mechanical and electrical services across our projects.
  • Coordinating with statutory utilities providers to ensure project needs are met.
  • Assisting QS with assessment of subcontractor monthly applications for payment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree/Diploma in Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical, or Construction Engineering.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the field.
  • Experience working on commercial, pharmaceutical, education, and other types of projects.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office packages and AutoCAD.
