Job Opportunity:

The MEP Coordinator role is based in Waterford and involves working on Pharmaceutical Projects. As the MEP Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating with Design teams and MEP sub-contractors, conducting regular meetings, and tracking progress to ensure all project variances are reported.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with Design teams and MEP sub-contractors
  • Conduct regular coordination meetings with relevant parties
  • Track progress and report any project variances
  • Perform site inspections to ensure MEP work conforms to relevant standards
  • Ensure Health and Safety guidelines are strictly adhered to
  • Ensure MEP subcontractors have all required information and adhere to standards

Candidate Requirements:

  • Third level degree in Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or trade background
  • Previous M&E Coordination experience within a Building Services environment
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Proactive, good communication skills, and ability to work well with others
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Trade background advantageous
