Job Title: MEP Coordinator

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled MEP Coordinator to join our team.

We are looking for a professional who can effectively manage and coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with design teams and MEP sub-contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Conduct regular coordination meetings with relevant parties to discuss project progress and address any issues.
  • Track project progress and report any variances or deviations from the original plan.
  • Perform site inspections to ensure that MEP work conforms to relevant standards and regulations.
  • Ensure that Health and Safety guidelines are strictly adhered to at all times.
  • Verify that MEP subcontractors have all required information and are adhering to guidelines.

Candidate Profile:

  • Third-level degree in Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a trade background.
  • Previous M&E coordination experience within a building services environment.
  • Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other project management tools.
  • Proactive, good communicator with the ability to work well with others.
  • Excellent level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • A trade background is advantageous.
