Building Services Engineer

We are seeking an experienced MEP coordinator to fill a 7-month contract position. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Collaborate with design teams and MEP subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct regular coordination meetings with relevant parties to track progress and address any project variances.
- Perform site inspections to verify that MEP work meets relevant standards.
Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. They will also possess excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Required Skills and Qualifications- A third-level degree in Building Services, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, or trade background is required.
- Previous M&E Coordination experience within a Building Services environment is essential.
- Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in software used for coordination and project management, are necessary.
