Waterford, Waterford, Ireland Building Staff Solutions Ltd. Full time

Building Staff Solutions (BSS) is seeking an MEP Coordinator on behalf of our client, a Main Contractor working on Pharmaceutical Projects.

This role is based in Waterford and is expected to last for 7 months.

Responsibilities:
  • Liaising with Design teams and MEP sub-contractors
  • Conducting regular coordination meetings with relevant parties
  • Tracking progress and reporting any project variances
  • Performing site inspections to ensure MEP work conforms to relevant standards
  • Ensuring Health and Safety guidelines are strictly adhered to
  • Ensuring MEP subcontractors have all required information and are adhering to standards
Candidate Profile:
  • Third level degree in Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or trade background
  • Previous M&E Coordination experience within a Building Services environment
  • Excellent IT skills are essential
  • Proactive, good communication skills, and the ability to work well with others
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • A trade background is advantageous
