Job Description:

The MEP Coordinator will oversee cross-functional teams to ensure seamless MEP integration. This involves collaborating with design teams, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate coordination meetings, monitor progress, and address project deviations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with design teams and MEP subcontractors
  • Organize regular coordination meetings to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Monitor project progress and report any variances or concerns
  • Conduct site inspections to verify adherence to relevant industry standards
  • Ensure Health and Safety guidelines are strictly adhered to
  • Verify that MEP subcontractors possess necessary information and comply with industry standards
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Third-level degree in Building Services, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent trade experience
  • Previous experience in M&E coordination within a Building Services environment
  • Proficient IT skills
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with ability to work effectively in a team
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Trade background is advantageous
