Building Staff Solutions (BSS)
is
seeking an MEP Coordinator
on behalf of our client, a Main Contractor working on Pharmaceutical Projects.
This role is based in
Waterford
and is expected to last for 7 months.
Responsibilities:
Liaising with Design teams and MEP sub-contractors
Conducting regular coordination meetings with relevant parties
Tracking progress and reporting any project variances
Performing site inspections to ensure MEP work conforms to relevant standards
Ensuring Health and Safety guidelines are strictly adhered to
Ensuring MEP subcontractors have all required information and are adhering to standards
Candidate Profile:
Third level degree in Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or trade background
Previous M&E Coordination experience within a Building Services environment
Excellent IT skills are essential
Proactive, good communication skills, and the ability to work well with others
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
A trade background is advantageous
