Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of MEP Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with design teams and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Conduct regular coordination meetings to track progress and report any variances.
  • Perform site inspections to ensure MEP work meets relevant standards.
  • Ensure health and safety guidelines are adhered to, and subcontractors have necessary information.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Building Services, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, or trade background.
  • Previous experience in M&E coordination within a building services environment.
  • Excellent IT skills essential.
  • Proactive, good communicator, and ability to work well with others.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Trade background advantageous.

Suitable candidates will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
