Job Description

Role Overview

This is a key role that will provide technical leadership for the facility. As an optimisation process lead, you will be responsible for leading process development activities and providing technical guidance to senior engineers and technicians.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead process optimisation projects from concept to production handover
  2. Provide technical guidance to senior engineers and technicians on process development and cost reduction projects
  3. Develop and implement lean manufacturing principles within the site
  4. Analyse current manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement
  5. Support the implementation of six sigma methodologies
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Level 8 degree in engineering, science or related discipline or equivalent technical experience
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
