Process Automation Lead

Leveraging expertise in process automation can drive efficiency, safety, and quality across a manufacturing site. As a key figure in process automation, you will lead a team of professionals in delivering solutions that meet the needs of operational areas.
Main Responsibilities- Develop strategies to improve productivity, safety, and quality through process automation.
- Manage provision of automation resources for day-to-day support of operational areas.
- Maintain relationships with control system vendors and negotiate equipment and services.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Plan, agree, monitor, and measure team goals and performance.
- Conduct annual performance reviews and provide feedback.
- Establish and maintain safety, GMP, and environmental standards within the team.
- Manage site events and contribute to site planning processes.
- Support site management decisions and strategy.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of site strategy.
- Buildequipped organization with necessary capability, capacity, and culture.
