Job Overview

The role of Pest Control Technician is to deliver exceptional customer service and provide expert advice on pest control solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service and maintain a high standard with clients through proactive engagement and issue resolution.

  • Complete accurate reports on every call to inform clients of actions taken by the Pest Control Team.
  • Strive to offer one complete solution to each customer's pest control problem.
  • Maintain a clean and well-presented appearance at all times.

Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure success in this role.

Requirements:
  • Full clean driving license
  • No phobias regarding heights or pests
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good time management and prioritization skills
  • Enthusiasm to engage with every customer, smile, say hello, and identify opportunities for new business.
