We are seeking a highly skilled HR Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting our Employer of Record service, helping companies hire and manage employees globally.

Key responsibilities include drafting and implementing compliance-driven policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for leave management, performance management, investigations, claims, terminations, unemployment benefits, workers' compensation, and grievance investigations.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in UK and Ireland HR advisory or consulting services, or an internal HR role in a fast-paced organization. They will also have strong knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and cultural nuances in the United Kingdom and Ireland.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of employee relations, risk mitigation, and compliance.
  • Ability to design scalable, efficient processes that enhance the professionalization and delivery of HR services.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a client-focused approach.
  • Proficient in managing employee claims related to unemployment benefits, disability/leave benefits, workers' compensation, and grievances.
