The ideal candidate will have between 4-6 years of post-qualification experience and a genuine interest in construction law, practice, and industry.
The successful candidate will work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing and focusing on solutions. Excellent communication skills and a friendly manner are essential for this role.
Main Responsibilities:- Providing expert advice on transactional and contentious matters
- Managing client engagements with minimal supervision
- Dealing with dispute resolution processes, including adjudication, conciliation, mediation, court proceedings, and arbitration
- Advising on standard form and bespoke construction contracts
- Drafting and negotiating development agreements, professional appointments, collateral warranties, and ancillary project documents
- 4-6 years PQE
- Interest in construction law, practice, and industry
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
