Senior Mergers and Acquisitions Lawyer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mergers and Acquisitions Lawyer to lead complex corporate transactions.

In this role, you will be responsible for drafting high-level documents, providing strategic advice on corporate law matters, and negotiating cross-jurisdictional deals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mergers and acquisitions, with at least 6 years of experience. They will also have exposure to high-stakes transactions and ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
