Corporate Lawyer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Lawyer to join our Dublin team. The successful candidate will be responsible for advising on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including drafting and negotiating complex agreements.

About the Role
  • Provide strategic and operational guidance relating to employment, industrial relations, and WHS law
  • Support the growth of the practice through thought leadership, relationship development, and mentorship
  • Collaborate closely with senior lawyers and enjoy mentoring younger lawyers
Requirements
  • 4+ years PQE
  • Strong experience in property development and commercial transactions, including end-to-end commercial, retail, industrial and residential property transactions
  • Proactive mindset and genuine interest in contributing to the continued growth of the practice, including client relationship management and business development

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise on strategic and operational matters
  • Support business growth through thought leadership
  • Collaborate with senior lawyers
