Job Title: Corporate Lawyer

A leading law firm in Dublin is seeking a seasoned lawyer to support its corporate practice. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who has a strong interest in information management, training, and development.

This position will be part of the corporate team but also collaborate with the knowledge management department. The role can be full-time or part-time depending on the candidate's preference.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the corporate partners and the knowledge management team to ensure that our services are integrated into their client service and business strategy.
  • Contribute to key content projects and initiatives by providing valuable insights and expertise.
  • Develop, review, and update precedents and practice tools to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Design and deliver engaging training courses and materials to enhance knowledge sharing.
  • Stay up-to-date with current trends in corporate law and apply them practically in our work.
The Ideal Candidate
  • A qualified solicitor with experience in private practice, preferably in a larger firm.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in corporate law.
  • A technically sound lawyer with a passion for knowledge management and continuous development.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to interact effectively with all levels of staff.
  • A forward-thinking individual who is open to innovation and new ideas.
