Corporate Lawyer Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly respected corporate team in Dublin and work with an exceptional client list across Ireland and Europe.

As a Corporate Lawyer, you will have the chance to work on complex M&A, AIM, restructuring, JVs and takeover transactions across various sectors including energy, technology, finance and infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will be able to contribute to complex deals and develop relationships with clients across Ireland and Europe. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with a strong team of accredited specialists in corporate law and learn from them.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with a strong team of corporate lawyers to deliver high-quality results.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies for complex transactions and deals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients across Ireland and Europe.

You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and gain valuable experience in a dynamic corporate law environment.

Requirements
  • Candidates will have circa 3 years PQE with a strong background in transactional law.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential for this role.
