  • We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the design, development, configuration, and maintenance of customer and employee-facing restaurant devices.\
  • This role requires deep technical understanding paired with proven interpersonal skills to cultivate strong cross-functional relationships, translate across business and technical domains, and secure stakeholder investment in short- and long-term roadmaps.\
  • The ideal candidate will lead project work, prioritize initiatives, and provide technical support as needed.\
  • This role is responsible for designing end-to-end solutions while implementing robust technical standards, systems, and processes for enterprise device management.\
  • The incumbent will evaluate performance metrics, benchmark business outcomes, and incorporate user feedback to make key decisions related to continuous improvement.\
  • Serving as the primary point of contact with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and external hardware and software vendors, the candidate will be accountable for hardware and OS lifecycle management of in-restaurant devices and managing Franchise and Company support needs across markets.\
  • The successful candidate will have a strong background in technology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.\
  • They will also have experience working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects, and prioritizing tasks effectively.\

  • Responsibilities include providing input into the strategic plan for restaurant devices, contributing to the development of IT Annual Operating Plan, leading discovery efforts, and prioritizing the backlog.\
  • The role also involves enforcing procedures, policies, and documentation requirements across project phases, collaborating with stakeholders, and translating business problem statements into technical solutions.\
  • Enterprise mobile device and configuration management, managing IT hardware and OS lifecycles, implementing and maintaining key metrics for performance, business impact, and investment value are also key aspects of this role.\
  • Additionally, the candidate will manage Franchise and Company support needs across markets, establish effective working relationships with business partners and third-party vendors, maintain relationships with OEMs, hardware, and software providers, and participate in SLA definition, invoice approvals, and budget forecasting.\
  • Facilitating relationships with business partners, working cross-functionally to ensure business requirements and solution capabilities are effectively matched and implemented, and providing support for international initiatives are also essential duties of this position.\

Requirements:

  • \
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field required\
  • 5+ years of configuration management experience, or experience in a related field such as enterprise device management or software engineering\
  • 2+ years of experience within a technical or managerial role\
  • History of handling complex technical development concepts, critical thinking, and modeling personal initiative and accountability\
  • Previous QSR, retail, or experience in a franchise environment is highly desirable\
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technology solutions in business terms\
