Job Role: Mental Health Specialist

About the Opportunity:

We are seeking experienced mental health professionals to join our network of affiliate counsellors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality counselling services to clients via remote and face-to-face delivery
  • Manage own caseload and contracted counselling hours
  • Utilize Solution Focused Brief Therapy in practice
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need to possess:

  • A recognised diploma qualification in Counselling
  • Fully accredited counsellor status
  • A minimum of 450 hours post-qualification, supervised client hours
Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in managing a diverse clinical caseload
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Systems and electronic clinical record systems
  • CISM training certification
