About the Role

Cpl Healthcare is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Administrator to join our team in South Dublin. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our employees and executives, including managing travel and accommodation requests, arranging transportation and accommodations, and maintaining records and spreadsheets.

The successful candidate will be a self-motivated and assertive individual who is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of MS Office applications.

Responsibilities
  • Manage travel and accommodation requests of employees and executives in a timely manner according to project schedules.
  • Assist with arranging appropriate modes of travel such as flights and rental cars, as well as making hotel reservations, coordinating with landlords/estate agents, and preparing itineraries.
  • Liaise with various travel agencies and companies for bookings and cancellations.
  • Log and maintain all records, spreadsheets, and calendars.
  • Log and check all invoices on a weekly basis.
  • Prepare high quality monthly reports for the payroll team.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience working as a travel coordinator or similar role required.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously booking flights, hotels, rental cars, and long-term apartments.
  • Self-motivated, assertive individual, problem solver and teamwork oriented.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and business acumen.
  • Extremely proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Knowledge of bulk booking software and technologies like IATA, Amadeus, Galileo preferred.
  • Awareness about international travel regulations, customs, and currencies.
  • Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or relevant field desirable.
