Senior Fund Lawyer - Private Credit (Dublin)

This is a challenging opportunity for a senior fund lawyer to join our growing European business and work on private credit transactions across Europe, the UK and the US.

We are seeking an experienced legal professional with a strong background in fund finance, fund formation and/or structured finance to play a key role in the rating process.

As a senior fund lawyer, you will be responsible for:

  • Reviewing financing documents and relevant fund- and/or asset-level documents
  • Identifying the potential credit impact of transaction structures and deal documents
  • Coordinating with rating analysts on relevant legal issues
  • Participating in rating committees
  • Supporting the analytical team with the preparation of market-leading ratings and research reports

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A qualified law degree with 4-8 years post-qualification experience in fund finance, fund formation and/or structured finance
  • The ability to take initiative and work independently, as well as to collaborate effectively with others
  • Excellent research, analytical and organizational skills
  • The ability to work on multiple transactions simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining standards
