Responsibilities- Provide expert advice to customers on destinations, itineraries, and travel options.
- Sell travel packages and negotiate prices with suppliers.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on sales, customer interactions, and market trends.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of one year experience working in a travel agency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with destination management systems and software applications.
