Job Description:

As a Stakeholder Manager, you will play a crucial role in the success of our projects by developing and delivering effective stakeholder management and communications strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and engage stakeholders, build relationships, and provide timely and accurate information to ensure project goals are met.

Your responsibilities will include:
  1. Developing and implementing stakeholder management plans that align with project objectives.
  2. Identifying and analyzing stakeholder needs, preferences, and expectations.
  3. Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders through regular communication and engagement.
  4. Providing timely and accurate information to stakeholders through various channels, including reports, presentations, and meetings.
  5. Collaborating with project teams to develop and implement effective communication strategies.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  1. A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  2. 5+ years of experience in stakeholder and communications management, particularly in the development and delivery of CRM systems.
  3. Tangible experience of driving best practice in technical stakeholder and CRM activities, processes, policies, and standards.
  4. In-depth understanding of the design and delivery requirements of technically complex projects in the engineering/construction sectors.
  5. Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to manage technical information management outputs to drive efficiency.
  7. Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE, or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.
