Maxi Zoo is the European market leader in pet product with 2,700+ shops across Europe. As Ireland's largest pet retailer, we have over 30 shops across the country.

The Role

This role oversees daily operations, ensuring stores run smoothly and efficiently. The Store Manager reports to the District Manager and works together to drive revenue, manage costs and create a positive company culture.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Excellence: Drive operational excellence by adhering to store processes and guidelines within the framework of Corporate Centre Standards.
  • Operational Analytics: Exceed company KPIs, manage cash and stock, and streamline processes to optimize efficiency and drive informed decision-making.
  • Leadership: Empower your team through supportive leadership, training and a culture of trust and respect.
  • Merchandise and Inventory: Curate an enticing shopping experience with impeccable availability and accurate inventory management.
  • Customer Engagement: Drive customer engagement through exemplary service and uphold high standards.
  • Brand Integrity: Ensure animal welfare at all times.

Requirements

  • Proven retail Store Management experience.
  • A proven track record in achieving KPIs.
  • Possess powerful leadership skills and business acumen.
  • Demonstrate strong customer service and organizational skills.
  • Show excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
