**Job Title:** Leader in Retail Excellence

We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Leader in Retail Excellence. In this role, you will be responsible for leading shifts, serving customers, merchandising in the store, preparing food and beverages, cleaning throughout the store, and generating sales leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead shifts with enthusiasm and energy, ensuring a positive experience for customers and colleagues alike.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Merchandise the store effectively, maintaining a visually appealing and well-organized environment.
  • Prepare food and beverages to a high standard, meeting customer expectations and company quality standards.
  • Clean the store regularly, maintaining a safe and healthy working environment.
  • Generate sales leads for the fuel card team, identifying opportunities and implementing strategies to increase sales.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in retail, with a proven track record of success.
  • A keen eye for detail, with a passion for delivering high standards.
  • Passionate about customer service, with a focus on providing an exceptional experience.
  • Ability to work with and lead a diverse team, fostering a positive and inclusive environment.
  • Takes ownership for personal and team success, with a growth mindset and a willingness to learn.
