Job Title: Financial Integrations Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced finance professional to join our team as a Financial Integrations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead financial onboarding of new entities, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and three-year planning, including capital expenditure, for acquisition targets.
  • Oversee the financial close process, identify acquisition-related risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Manage compliance aspects, including audits, financial statements, and entity lifecycle support.
  • Assist with technical accounting during restructures, store closures, or sales.
  • Build internal relationships across finance and operations teams, occasional travel may be required.
  • Contribute to broader finance and control improvement projects as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A qualified accountant (e.g. ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) with at least 3 years' post-qualification experience.
  • Experience managing financial reporting, regulatory compliance, internal controls, and technical accounting across multiple entities.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong organisational, project, and change management aptitude.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and highly committed to accuracy and process improvement.
