Job Description

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving period-end close, overhead reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes with accuracy and speed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of month-end processing tasks.
  • Maintain strict adherence to group financial reporting standards.
  • Collaborate closely with budget owners on budgeting cycles and monthly financial reports.
  • Analyse operational metrics and cost data to derive actionable insights.
  • Provide comprehensive support for internal and external audits.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and execute ad-hoc analysis and reporting.
  • Guarantee adherence to established internal control frameworks.
Requirements

The successful candidate should possess the following qualifications:

  • Newly Qualified or Qualified by Experience (QBE).
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with expertise in managing large datasets.
  • Previous industry experience in food or manufacturing is an asset.
  • IT proficiency, preferably with SAP knowledge.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to build relationships at all levels.
