Job Profile

UPMC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join the Inpatient Ward at our Sports Surgery Clinic in Dublin. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional patient care while maintaining consistently high standards and adhering to operational policies.
  • Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure adequate cover and promote healthy working relationships.
  • Assess patient care needs, communicate with relatives and visitors as required, and set and monitor standards for patient care.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
  • Practice within the Code of Practice and comply with Policies and Procedures.
  • Respect the physical, psychological, and religious wellbeing of each patient, providing direct care in selected situations.
  • Ensure nursing care is based on current evidence and best practice, anticipating the needs of the multidisciplinary team during anaesthetic and perioperative processes.
