Job Summary:

This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the quality of pharmaceutical products and processes. As a Senior Quality Operations Professional, you will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with GMP regulations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, company policies, and standards.
  • Quality Investigations: Conduct thorough investigations and root cause analysis for deviations, non-conformances, and CAPAs.
  • Document Review: Review and approve batch records, logbooks, and other quality documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Change Management: Manage change controls, deviations, and CAPAs in a timely and effective manner.
  • Audit Support: Participate in internal and external audits, and assist with inspection readiness activities.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements and best practices to ensure quality and efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical quality operations, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledge: Thorough understanding of GMP regulations and relevant industry standards.
  • Skillset: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
