Job Description
We are seeking an IT strategy analyst to join our team, working closely with the IT strategy manager to develop and deliver key enabling technology strategies for Esb. This will involve collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to identify and prioritize business needs, developing strategic plans to address these needs, and working with cross-functional teams to implement these plans. Key responsibilities include:
  • Developing and maintaining a 3-year IT strategy roadmap
  • Collaborating with strategy owners, digital accelerator, data & analytics, cybersecurity, and IT delivery teams
  • Developing business cases and value scorecards for all strategies
  • Managing forecasting and IT strategy budget
  • Organizing timely payments to external partners
  • Evolution and continuous improvement of own thought leadership and strategy capability

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 5 years' relevant experience, a relevant third-level degree in IT, computer science, information systems, or equivalent working experience in IT roles. You will also require strong analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to multitask, and leading the delivery of high-quality service to tight timescales. Experience in project management methodologies, including waterfall and agile delivery, is also essential. Additionally, you will need to have excellent reporting and documentation/writing experience, including Microsoft Office 365 applications skills (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.).
