About the Role

  • Advise and implement tax strategy to ensure compliance with legal and statutory requirements.
  • Manage accurate and timely submission of all tax filings including PAYE, VAT, and Corporation Tax.
  • Enhance tax and finance governance across the company.
  • Oversee the banking and treasury function, ensuring effective cash flow management.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive capital expenditure process.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory obligations, and internal control systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address local taxation issues.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Qualified Chartered Tax Advisor or Accountant with Tax Qualification (CTA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
  • At least 5 years PQE in taxation/accounting.
  • Experience in the Not-for-Profit sector (desirable).
  • Expertise in tax compliance and financial challenges.
  • Strong communication and people management skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with accounting packages.
  • Excellent analytical, reporting, and presentation skills.
