Job Title: Solar Energy Technician

The Opportunity:

As a Solar Energy Technician, you will be responsible for installing Solar PV Systems on residential buildings and ground-mounted systems.

  • Install Solar Panels on residential homes to the highest standards.
  • Ensure timely completion of installations and projects.
  • Engage with customers and provide information and advice on work being undertaken.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure projects are completed efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of all work performed and materials used.
  • Comply with all relevant safety regulations and standards.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience working as a Roofer or have previous experience in Cladding/Industrial glazing.
  • Previous solar experience is desirable.
  • Must live within commuting distance of Cashel.
  • Must have a clean full Driver's License.
  • Previous experience working at heights with a harness is required.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and control Health and Safety aspects on site.
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills along with a positive attitude for dealing with customers.
