About the Role- Develop and deliver programmes that meet residents' needs and interests, including individual engagement activities for those who prefer not to participate in group settings.
- Maintain accurate records of all activities and events, ensuring seamless collaboration with Residential Managers and staff.
- Programme Development: Design and implement schedules of entertainment, outings, and group activities that cater to diverse resident preferences.
- Collaboration & Planning: Work closely with staff and residents to ensure programme alignment with their hobbies and interests.
- External Supplier Coordination: Ensure external entertainers or service providers adhere to established protocols before engaging them.
