At PharmacyStore, we are seeking an exceptional leader to join our passionate team as a Supervising Pharmacist.

This key role will ensure safe and compliant operations aligned with PSI standards, promoting a culture of continuous professional development and excellence in customer care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure strict adherence to all PSI and HSE standards and protocols, upholding the Code of Conduct outlined by PSI.
  • Supervise and mentor the pharmacy team, supporting their professional growth and development.
  • Deliver exceptional patient care, including consultations and medication reviews, tailored to individual needs.
  • Guarantee full compliance and execution of established standard operation procedures.
  • Collaborate closely with Duty Managers and Operations Manager to drive performance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage audits, risk assessments, and safety standards to maintain a high level of professionalism.
  • Build and nurture relationships within the team and the wider community, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Set professional and ethical standards, leading by example to inspire the team.

Requirements:
  • Registered Pharmacist with the PSI in good standing, demonstrating a strong commitment to professional standards.
  • Previous experience in a Supervising or Managing Pharmacist role is desirable, showcasing leadership skills and expertise.
  • Strong knowledge of PSI, HSE, and Irish pharmacy regulations, ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
  • A true team player with excellent communication and leadership skills, able to build and maintain effective relationships.
  • Committed to continuous professional development and operational excellence, driving innovation and improvement.
