Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled hospitality professional to join our team as a Food and Beverage Supervisor at our hotel in Killarney Plaza.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise the food and beverage service to ensure that customers receive a positive experience.
  • Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver excellent service and achieve targets.
  • Assist with training and developing staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Maximize sales opportunities and maintain a high level of presentation and cleanliness.
  • Deal with customer queries and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Manage and train staff to meet the highest standards.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Fluent in English and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
