Senior Process Engineering Manager

We are seeking a seasoned process engineering leader to oversee projects in regulated food manufacturing using Evaporation and Spray Drying technologies. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with expertise in managing complex processes, developing automated systems, and ensuring quality assurance standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead project teams in regulated food manufacturing environments.
- Develop and explain automated processes to technical teams, focusing on efficiency and productivity.
- Cultivate and develop technical staff, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
- Validate new equipment to ensure compliance with quality assurance standards.
- Create detailed process flows, specifications, and operating instructions to streamline operations.
- Monitor key production variables during processing, identifying areas for improvement.
- Troubleshoot process/equipment issues across departments, implementing effective solutions.
- Maintain adherence to regulatory requirements, ensuring the organization's reputation and credibility.
- Bachelor's degree in Food Process Engineering or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in engineering roles, preferably in dairy/food process engineering.
- Familiarity with spray drying or evaporation technologies is highly desirable.
- Experience with thermal dairy processing is beneficial.
- Understanding of powder conveying systems is advantageous.
- ATEX environment experience is a plus.
- Strong background in automated pharma/food manufacturing is essential.
