Senior Nurse Manager Position

Job Description:
As a Lead Nurse, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of nurses in a dynamic healthcare environment. You will provide expert care and support to patients, families, and carers while promoting excellent patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of registered and unregistered nurses
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures
- Ensure effective communication with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
- Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing coaching and development opportunities as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Registration with the UK NMC
- Proven leadership and management experience within a healthcare setting
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
