This role requires a structured approach, ensuring alignment with project managers, construction teams, quality assurance, commissioning teams, and client representatives.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years' experience in turnover, construction, or commissioning roles within large-scale industrial, construction, or infrastructure projects. Proven experience in managing system turnovers and handovers is essential.

  • Develop and implement a structured turnover plan, including systems and subsystems division.
  • Manage and coordinate turnover packages, ensuring all documentation, punch lists, and quality records are complete and accurate.
  • Oversee the process of turnover from construction to commissioning, including system handover walkdowns.

A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is required. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to maintain turnover logs, status reports, and dashboards, and drive the resolution of punch list items to ensure readiness for system handover.
