Job Title: Senior Quality Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Quality Specialist to join our team. This is a critical role that will play a key part in ensuring the quality of our products and services.

Job Description

This role involves providing high-quality solutions for the development, implementation, and maintenance of business applications. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and possess strong problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement software solutions to meet specific business needs.
  • Manage the entire process of implementing business applications, from design to deployment.
  • Provide technical support and training to users.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure seamless integration.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge management systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 8 years' professional experience in Quality/IT with full life-cycle implementation of Business Application Systems.
  • Strong programming, PL/SQL experience, and software testing knowledge.
  • In-depth knowledge and practical experience of a best-practice project management methodology.
  • PMP Training or certification preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
